Q: Can I afford Health Insurance?
A: Yes you can! Not all rates are going up! In fact, some companies have actually shown rate decreases this year.
Q: How much are your services?
A: Zero, Nothing, Zilch. There is no additional cost by using Harvey Ginsburg Insurance as compared to going directly to the health insurance provider. In fact, you'll benefit as you will save time and possibly money. We have access to many different health insurance carriers, are experts at finding you the coverage you desire, and you will have hired an agent who will act as your advocate! Just sit back and relax, we will do all the work.
Q: What types of plans do you offer?
A: There are literally hundreds of options and over 10 companies to choose from? HMOs, PPOs, HSAs, dental, vision, life, and alternative care options.
Q: How long does it take to obtain Health Insurance?
A: It depends. A typical health insurance policy can take as little as one day to 6 weeks, depending on how well the application was filled.
Q: Do I need to have a Physical?
A: In most cases NO.
Q: Am I “locked in” for a certain amount of time?
A: There are no minimum contracts. Many people only need a Short Term Medical policy from 1 to 6 months while others want a long-term relationship with a quality Health Oregon Insurance Program for many years.
Q: Can I keep my existing Doctors?
A: Yes. We will find a health insurance plan for you that will allow you to work with your existing doctor. Keep in mind this might not be always advantageous to you, especially if you are budget-minded and may need to find a doctor in your preferred network.
